Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and business strategy, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Sales Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and ensure timely follow-ups.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on market trends, sales forecasts, and business development insights.

Collaboration & Strategy Execution:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution of business strategies.
  • Collaborate with management to set and achieve sales targets.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing the company’s products/services.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on business development activities and performance.
  • Provide updates to senior management on sales efforts and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Education: Graduation (Mandatory).
  • Industry Preference: Metal Manufacturing & Architecture (Preferred).
  • Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
