Position : Revit- Architecture Designer
Experience required : 3-5 years

Qualification : Diploma in Architectural Design /Revit Course

JOB DESCRIPTION: -
• Create detailed architectural designs and 3D models using Revit software.
• Prepare construction documents and design presentations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and client
requirements.
• Participate in design reviews and project meetings.
• Update and maintain Revit project models and libraries.
• Provide technical support and guidance on Revit-related tasks.
COMPETENCIES:
• Proficient in Revit for design and modeling.
• Familiar with BIM processes and standards.
• Ensures accuracy in designs and documentation.
• Capable of resolving design challenges efficiently.
• Works well with architects, engineers, and clients.
• Effectively handles multiple projects and deadlines.
• Generates innovative and aesthetic design solutions.
• Clear in verbal and written communication.
• Flexible in responding to project changes.
• Keeps up to date with industry trends and software updates.

 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
• Diploma in Architectural Design or related field
• Revit or BIM certification (advantageous)
• Training in AutoCAD/SketchUp (optional)
EXPERIENCE BRACKET:
• 3-5 years of experience with expert-level Revit skills, leading architectural
projects, and working in the pharma industry, particularly in designing and
managing complex pharmaceutical facilities.

• Advanced Revit Proficiency for modeling, drafting, and documentation
• BIM Management and 3D model creation
