Experience in purchase of Building materials, raw materials etc.

Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible.

Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.

Develop an overall vendor base that creates and sustains a competitive advantage utilizing global market exploitation.

Ensure the continuous supply of required goods and building materials, and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations.

Prepare reports on orders and costs.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.

Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and vendors/supplier developments.
