Job Description:

Job Title: PHP Lead

Job Location and Type: Ahmedabad (First month from Office and then hybrid mode)

Experience: 5+  years

Qualification: 

Graduate.Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.). Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, React, or Angular).

Proficiency in databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Expertise in RESTful API design and third-party integrations.

Salary Range: 1.20 Lakhs to 1.50 lakhs per month

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Responsibilities: 

We are seeking an experienced PHP Lead Developer to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP, frameworks like Laravel or Symfony, and front-end technologies. As a PHP Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-performance, scalable applications.

Technical Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of PHP developers.

Define best practices, coding standards, and development processes.

Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, scalable code.

Development & Architecture:

Design and develop robust, secure, and efficient web applications using PHP.

Optimize database queries and improve application performance.

Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

Project Management & Collaboration:

Work closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements.

Estimate project timelines and ensure timely delivery of features.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
