Position:        Team Leader/AGM - Sales

Location:         Gurgaon

Experience:     3 - 5 Years

Industries:      Real Estate

 Responsibilities:-

  • Lead and manage a team of sales employees to achieve sales
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing them with tailored property
  • Coordinate with developers and project teams for the latest updates on available
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential business
  • Ensure the team is well-informed about new projects, investment trends, and sales
  • Monitor and track sales progress, ensuring timely closure of
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue
  • Regularly report on sales performance to senior

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or in a similar role in a brokerage
  • Strong leadership
  • Team management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation
  • Thorough understanding of the real estate market, preferably in locality of Gurgaon
  • Experience in working with luxury, commercial, or residential properties

Required Qualification: - Any Graduate

Salary: - Upto 10.00 LPA
