Position: Team Leader/AGM - Sales
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Industries: Real Estate
Responsibilities:-
- Lead and manage a team of sales employees to achieve sales
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing them with tailored property
- Coordinate with developers and project teams for the latest updates on available
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential business
- Ensure the team is well-informed about new projects, investment trends, and sales
- Monitor and track sales progress, ensuring timely closure of
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue
- Regularly report on sales performance to senior
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or in a similar role in a brokerage
- Strong leadership
- Team management
- Excellent communication and negotiation
- Thorough understanding of the real estate market, preferably in locality of Gurgaon
- Experience in working with luxury, commercial, or residential properties
Required Qualification: - Any Graduate
