A Creative Head in an EV (Electric Vehicle) startup plays a critical role in shaping the brand's identity, marketing strategies, and overall customer experience. Here’s a breakdown of what the role typically entails

Key Responsibilities
- Brand Development & Strategy
- Define and evolve the brand’s visual and verbal identity.
- Ensure consistency across all platforms—digital, print, and physical.
- Craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences, focusing on sustainability, innovation, and technology.
- Marketing & Campaigns
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns, from product launches to brand awareness initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
- Product Design Influence
- Work closely with product and design teams to ensure the vehicles’ aesthetics align with brand identity.
- Influence UIUX design for digital interfaces (mobile apps, dashboards).
- Content Creation & Media
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including videos, social media content, and advertisements.
- Drive creative direction for photoshoots, promotional videos, and influencer collaborations.
- Innovation & Trendspotting
- Stay updated with the latest trends in EV, technology, and design to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
- Experiment with new mediums and technologies like ARVR, interactive experiences, or sustainable design practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in creative industries (advertising, design, branding).
- Experience in tech, automotive, or sustainability sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency in creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
- Strong leadership and project management skills to guide multidisciplinary teams
