Job Description:
The Human Resource Manager will predominantly oversee full-cycle recruitment, acting as the spearhead of talent acquisition for assigned business units. You will partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, architect sourcing strategies, and ensure the business attracts and secures high‑quality talent. You will also drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to reinforce culture and candidate experience.

Strategic Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for strategic roles: role definition, job description, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and build talent plans and competency profiles aligned to business objectives.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, social media, employee referrals, and external partners to maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Measure and optimize recruitment performance through metrics like time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, candidate quality and interview -to-offer ratios
- Enhance candidate experience, ensuring a consistent and positive process with timely communication and feedback
- Develop and scale employer branding campaigns, campus outreach and candidate engagement events to support talent attraction goals
- Implement competency-based recruitment methodologies for fairness, efficiency, and strategic alignment of hires.
- Act as a thought partner to refine recruitment workflows, improve selection tools, and build scalable hiring practices that reduce cost and time.
- Support onboarding and induction, tailoring experiences to integrate new hires quickly and align expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: 3–6 years of HR experience with clear ownership of full-cycle recruitment and exposure to engagement initiatives.
- Demonstrated proficiency in talent sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
- Deep familiarity with recruitment metrics, HRIS/ATS tools and market intelligence.
- Solid written and verbal communication: influencing leaders, presenting candidate briefs and negotiation.
- Strong stakeholder management: ability to consult hiring managers and act as liaison between HR and business.
