Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, an MBA in HR, and comprehensive knowledge of employee-related laws such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and other statutory regulations. This position will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and fostering a positive workplace culture through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Appointment & Onboarding:
    • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection of candidates.
    • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring smooth induction and proper documentation for new hires.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.
    • Manage and update employee records, including contracts, personal details, and statutory benefits.
    • Process payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with tax regulations and other statutory deductions.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, queries, and grievances, providing timely resolution.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Performance Management:
    • Coordinate and implement performance appraisal systems and career development initiatives.
    • Ensure that employees' goals and performance align with organizational objectives.
  • Training & Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills.
    • Support in the development of leadership programs and succession planning.
  • Policy Development & Implementation:
    • Develop and implement HR policies that align with company objectives and legal requirements.
    • Regularly update company policies and procedures to reflect changes in laws and regulations.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain HR records, reports, and statistics for legal, compliance, and management purposes.
    • Ensure timely submission of mandatory reports for statutory authorities and government bodies.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
  • Education: MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in managing HR operations, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Technical Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other employment laws.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
