AGM Taxation

Job Description:

• Timely preparation & submission of direct/ indirect taxes compliance reports, forms & returns of assigned area.
• To Prepare and file all the GST Return, ITC-04 & TDS Return etc.
• Adherence to accounting standards & internal controls
• Evaluate and suggest Transfer Pricing at arm’s length
• Review of related party agreements & advice on tax strategies.
• Litigation Management drafting, representation, appeals etc.
• Various Tax Strategies, to ensure correct deduction of TDS from payment made to suppliers
• Compilation of monthly/quarterly data, preparation of returns and e-filing of corporate tax returns.
• Corporate Tax Assessments and Handling of GST Matters & GST Audit.
• Facilitation in preparation of detail of Assessment and appeal proceedings.
• Facilitation in calculation, computation and deposit of Advance Tax, TDS transaction & filing of TDS return.
• Supervision of TDS Detail for Individual and proper handling of declaration forms and Investment papers of employees.
• Facilitation in preparation & issuance of Form No. 16 and 16A.
• Facilitation in regulatory works related to taxation & allied laws.
• Supervision of challans for e-deposit of Taxes like Advance Tax, Self-assessment Tax and TDS.

Skills Required:

• Proficient knowledge of Finalization of Accounts, Direct/ Indirect Tax & allied laws
• Analytical Skills & solution oriented mind-set
• Working Knowledge of Income Tax Act, Companies Act etc.
• Expert knowledge of MS office/Excel
• Experience of Working in SAP/ ERP environment
• CA with ~15+ years of experience in handling of Finalization of Accounts, Direct / Indirect Taxes and Transfer Pricing, Merger and Amalgamation.
• Excellent in dealing with tax authorities till the level of JCCT/ Commissioner of Direct Taxes/ITAT matters.
