Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for  Manager/ Senior Manager - HR for a Reputed Real Estate Company for the Navi Mumbai (CBD Belapur )location.

Reports to: CHRO

Department: Human Resource (Talent Acquisition)

Job Description:

To lead and execute talent acquisition strategies across India, ensuring efficient hiring processes, stakeholder management, and driving key initiatives. This role involves managing a team, overseeing bulk and leadership hiring, and ensuring smooth recruitment operations while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pan India Recruitment: Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple locations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, and external partners to fulfill recruitment needs within the given TAT.
  • Interviews: Conduct and oversee interviews for various roles, ensuring alignment with company culture and requirements.
  • Bulk Hiring: Plan and execute large-scale hiring drives across all locations to meet manpower requirements efficiently. 
  • Campus Hiring: Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to attract fresh talent.
  • Cost Optimization: optimizing recruitment costs by implementing cost-effective sourcing strategies.
  • Leadership Hiring: identify and recruit senior-level professionals who align with organizational goals and values.
  • Offer Negotiation & Closure: Manage salary discussions and negotiate offers with candidates to ensure alignment with internal structure.
  • Employee Referral Program: Manage and promote internal referral programs to leverage existing employees' networks.
  • MIS/Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment data, generate reports, and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Team Management & Training: Supervise and mentor the recruitment team, providing training and professional development.

Experience: 8-12 years of progressive experience in recruitment and HR functions, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.

Education: Graduate / postgraduate in HR Business Administration or a similar field.

Candidates Profile:

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Leadership and people management abilities with a focus on team development.
  • Experience in bulk hiring and senior-level hiring. Campus hiring experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Applications
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
