Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help clients transition smoothly from their current workpaper software to our Tax Sorted Workpaper Software.
  • Guide clients through the implementation process to ensure minimal disruption to their operations.
  •  Assess client needs and tailor the transition plan to meet their specific requirements.
  •  Provide detailed training on how to use the software, both one-on-one and in group settings (in-person and remotely).
  •  Be the main point of contact for clients during and after the transition.
  •  Address client issues quickly and eƯiciently, ensuring a positive experience.
  •  Work with the technical team to resolve complex issues and keep clients satisfied.
  •  Identify opportunities to help clients make better use of the software and suggest additional features or services.
  •  Monitor product performance and user engagement to inform improvements.
  •  Stay up-to-date with Australian tax laws and ensure the software complies with all relevant regulations.
  •  Build strong relationships with clients, partners and industry experts to encourage product adoption.
  •  Communicate the product vision, strategy and benefits to both internal teams and clients.
  •  Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, specifications, and user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
  •  Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritise features, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
  •  Monitor and analyse product performance, user engagement, and key metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA, Inter CA, CMA, Inter CMA, MBA, or a relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Australian tax laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for technology and a focus on user needs.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Australian tax.
  • Previous experience with client-facing roles is a plus.
