Location: Ahmedabad

CTC: Up to ₹60,000 per month

Age Requirement: 35-45 years

Qualication: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA

Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Pharma or Medical Device Industry

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Head to lead our business development initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence in the Pharmaceutical & Medical Device Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and managing sales & marketing activities to achieve business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.

• Oversee B2B & B2C sales strategies, including institutional sales and key account management. Marketing & Brand Management:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market reach.

• Develop promotional materials, product positioning, and pricing strategies.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

Team Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve targets.

• Coordinate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

• Implement digital marketing & CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement.

 

Key Skills & Competencies:

✔ Strong understanding of pharmaceutical & medical device sales.

✔ Expertise in B2B sales, institutional sales, and channel distribution.

✔ Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies & business plans.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

✔ Knowledge of regulatory compliance & industry trends.

✔ Experience in digital marketing & CRM tools is a plus.
