Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Plastics Mould Technology-CIPT
Key Responsibilities:
Tooling Management: Train and manage a team for tool build-up, strip down, and setup.
Tool Selection and Product Development: Make key decisions on tool selection and product development for UPVC profiles series of windows systems.
Tool Maintenance and Modification: Ensure tool modification, maintenance, and readiness, and maintain tool history and data documentation.
Coordination with Production Planning: Collaborate with the production-planning department to achieve 100% tool readiness.
New Tool Trials and Preventive Maintenance: Conduct new tool trials and plan and execute preventive maintenance.
Quality Management: Ensure adherence to QMS, handle product and process audits, and internal quality audits.
Design and Development: Ensure adherence to design and development processes.
New Part Development: Develop new parts for die, calibrator, vacuum tank, tank plate, and other accessories.
Machine Handling: Handle various machines, including turning, milling, grinding, drilling, CNC milling and turning, and EDM.
Essential and Preferred Requirements:
Experience in tooling management, design engineering, and product development.
Experience in UPVC door and window industries.
Proficient in Design Engineering, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia V5R20/Creo 3.0, Blender2.82/Fusion 360.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
