Qualification: Honours Graduate- Post Graduate diploma in HR desirable.
Experience : Relevant Experience of 4 to 5 years

Talent Acquisition:
- Sourcing qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, networking, referrals)
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews
- Managing the recruitment pipeline and tracking candidate progress
- Negotiating job offers and closing deals
- Maintaining a strong employer brand to attract top talent
Training Needs Analysis:
- Identifying training gaps within the workforce through performance reviews, feedback, and skill assessments
- Consulting with stakeholders to understand training priorities
- Developing comprehensive training plans aligned with organizational goals
Training Design and Delivery:
- Creating engaging and effective training programs (e-learning modules, classroom sessions, workshops)
- Delivering training sessions to employees at different levels
- Utilizing various training methodologies (facilitation, case studies, simulations)
