Sales Executive
Job Description:
Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team in Surat. This role involves promoting UPI-based expense management app to businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving user acquisition in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to potential customers, including small and medium businesses.
• Explain the benefits and features of the our app to potential users.
• Drive user acquisition and retention through effective sales strategies.
• Gather market insights and provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, banking, or digital payments.
• Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English is mandatory.
• Skills: o Strong communication and persuasion skills. o Self-motivated and target-driven. o Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. o Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or UPI-based financial services is a plus.
