Job Description:
  1. The Cluster Sales Manager – Prime Mortgage is responsible for leading and managing a team of mortgage sales professionals across multiple locations within a designated region. The role involves driving sales performance, ensuring high-quality customer service, and developing strategies to increase market share in the Prime Mortgage segment. The Cluster Sales Manager plays a key role in building strong relationships with customers, real estate partners, and financial institutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Sales & Business Development:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve mortgage sales targets.
    • Drive revenue growth and ensure market penetration in the assigned cluster.
    • Identify new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and referrals.
    • Collaborate with real estate developers, brokers, and financial institutions to generate leads.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

    2. Team Management & Leadership:

    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
    • Set sales targets and KPIs for the team and monitor performance regularly.
    • Conduct regular coaching and mentoring sessions to enhance sales effectiveness.
    • Foster a positive and goal-driven work culture to ensure motivation and engagement.

    3. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Ensure superior customer service by understanding client needs and providing customized mortgage solutions.
    • Address and resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers and corporate clients.

    4. Compliance & Risk Management:

    • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and company policies.
    • Conduct due diligence to prevent fraud and mitigate risk.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure transparency in all mortgage transactions.

    5. Reporting & Analysis:

    • Track and report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to optimize sales strategies.
    • Utilize CRM and sales tracking tools for data-driven decision-making.
