Job Description:
Position: Sr. Maintenance Engineer
Location: Daman
Experience: 4 - 6 Years

Responsibilities:
- Machine Maintenance and Performance:
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on extrusion, high-speed automatic machines, and calendaring machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent unplanned downtime.
- Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical, and technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions to production.
- Collaborate with the other team to enhance machine reliability and operational efficiency.
- New Machine Erection and Documentation:
- Planning of installation and commissioning new machinery, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
- Thoroughly document the installation process, including technical specifications, configurations, and any modifications made for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new machines into the production line.
- ISO Certifications and Quality Assurance:
- Maintain a deep understanding of documented procedures for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, and BRCGS certifications.
- Project Tracking and Measurement Verification:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project tracker, ensuring all maintenance-related tasks and projects are tracked and reported accurately.
- Conduct meticulous measurement verifications and quality checks following the completion of tasks by external contractors.
- Technical Skills:
- Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings to facilitate effective communication with engineering and production teams.
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and AutoCAD software, with the ability to liaise with architectural and engineering teams as needed.
