Position:         Manager - Engineering

 Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality medical devices, ensuring design, development, and manufacturing goals are met on time and within budget.
• Oversee the engineering design and product development processes, from conceptualization through to manufacturing, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and other relevant standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality assurance, operations, and supply chain to ensure seamless product lifecycle management.
• Establish and maintain engineering processes, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product development and manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance, product quality, and manufacturing timelines.
• Ensure that design and manufacturing processes comply with applicable safety and regulatory requirements, including risk management practices.
• Manage the technical aspects of product validation, qualification, and verification processes.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions related to manufacturing and quality issues.
• Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and presentations for senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Drive innovation and process optimization within the engineering team to improve product performance and cost efficiency.

 Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of medical device regulations (FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 60601, etc.) and quality management systems.
• Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other engineering design tools.
• Experience with product design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing processes for medical devices.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills

 Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech -  Electrical/Mechanical 

 Salary: - Upto 20.00 LPA
