Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Requirements: Bike and Valid Driving License (Mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Peon to assist in daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be responsible for document collection, office maintenance, and general support tasks. This role requires punctuality, discipline, and a proactive approach to office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Collection & Delivery:

  • Collect and deliver important documents between offices, clients, and vendors.
  • Ensure documents are handled securely and delivered on time.

• General Office Assistance:

  • Support office staff with routine tasks.
  • Assist in photocopying, filing, and handling couriers.
  • Keep the office premises clean and organized.

• Outdoor Tasks & Errands:

  • Visit banks, government offices, and other locations as required.
  • Purchase office supplies and handle small office-related tasks.

• Basic Administrative Support:

  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
  • Help in arranging meeting rooms and office supplies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Minimum 10th pass.
• Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Skills & Requirements:
  • Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
  • Basic communication skills in Hindi/Gujarati.
  • Punctual, responsible, and well-mannered.
