Job Description:

Company Background:

Our client is a rapidly growing business house with significant operations across Africa and the Middle East. The group operates in various sectors, including Textiles & Garment Manufacturing, Paper Conversion & Printing, Real Estate Development, Agro-business, and Trading & Supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the Group's objectives.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and models to support decision-making.

Financial Reporting: Present accurate financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow) to management and stakeholders.

Cost Management: Monitor and control costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.

Capital Allocation: Manage investments in machinery, technology, and infrastructure to ensure optimal returns.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency exchange and market volatility.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.

Cash Flow Management: Forecast and manage cash flow to meet financial obligations.

Financial Audits: Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure transparency.

Team Leadership: Mentor and train finance teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications:

- CA Degree (ICWA preferred).

- 15+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in manufacturing (Textile, Paper, or Printing industries).

- Proficiency in SAP ERP (FICO module is a must).

- Strong financial analysis, reporting, and modeling skills.

- Knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Experience in Africa is preferred.

- Fluency in English.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in managing bank facilities, loans, and multi-currency transactions.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
