 Job Overview 
Looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth, manage key customer relationships, and lead a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide and mentor a sales team. 
Key Responsibilities :
• Customer Acquisition & Sales Growth
 • Conduct regular customer visits to identify opportunities and close deals.
 • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. 
• Identify and approach potential customers, expanding the company’s client base. 
• Team Leadership & Management
 • Supervise and mentor a team of sales executives to ensure high performance.
 • Train team members in sales techniques and product knowledge. 
• Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing regular feedback. 
• Customer Relationship Management 
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business. 
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns eciently. 
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and over tailored solutions. 
• Market & Competitor Analysis 
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands. 
• Provide insights on pricing, new products, and customer preferences. 
• Collaborate with management to rene sales strategies based on market conditions. • Coordination & Reporting 
• Work closely with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and accounts) to ensure smooth order processing. 
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance updates, and forecasts. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes. 
Key Requirements :-
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in B2B sales, preferably in industrial products or bearings.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 
Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
• Leadership and team management skills 
• Ability to work independently and take initiative • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and reporting tools Compensation & Benefits
