Job Description:

Position:         Receptionist

Location:        Ahmedabad

Experience:     1 - 2 Years

Industries:      Digital Marketing

Responsibilities: 

  • Call Handling:

  • Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously as the first point of contact for EcoOrigin.
  • Provide general information about the company’s services, free inspections, and basic processes (e.g., how EcoOrigin operates).
  • Determine the purpose of each call and identify if the caller is an existing or new customer.
  • Call Transfer and Coordination:
  • If the caller is an existing customer, transfer the call to the assigned Customer Service Officer (CSO) already handling that customer.
  • Ensure the call is directed to the correct team member or department if the CSO is unavailable or the inquiry relates to a different area (e.g., technical support or installation team).
  • Customer Assistance:
  • Handle basic inquiries, such as inspection booking procedures, general pricing information, and company contact details.
  • Provide polite and helpful responses to any caller’s questions to maintain a professional image of the company.
  • Communication Management:
  • Log details of calls, including caller names, contact information, and the nature of their inquiry, to ensure all interactions are recorded.
  • Relay messages to the appropriate staff members if a direct transfer is not possible.
  • Support to CSO and Team:
  • Assist the CSO by managing high call volumes and prioritizing urgent inquiries.
  • Notify the CSO team of any missed calls or follow-up actions required for specific customers.
  • Reception and Administration:
  • Greet walk-in customers and visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and directing them to the relevant team member.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to reflect a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Perform light administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments or maintaining basic records.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
