Job Description:
Job Profile: Operations Management (Male Candidate)
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Coordination: Coordinate and support the team to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
- Report Preparation: Prepare and present reports on a monthly, weekly, and as-needed basis.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to ensure activities remain compliant with company standards and regulations.
- Material & Inventory Management: Oversee the management of materials and inventory, ensuring availability and organization.
- Budget Review & Cost Reporting: Conduct regular budget reviews and report cost plans to senior management for approval and tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: At least two years of proven success in an operations management role.
- Budget Management: Strong experience and skills in budget development and oversight.
- Delegation & Control: Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining overall control of branch operations and customer service quality.
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of business productivity software and the ability to quickly learn new applications.
- Multilingual: Ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus.
