Job Description:

 

Enquiry Generation through Customer visits, participation in Exhibitions, interacting with Industry
personnel
 Evaluation of leads / enquiries to convert them into quotes to orders
 Responding to Enquiries received through phone, email, customer referrals, industry referrals
 Submission of Techno – Commercial Offer
 Demonstration of the Tools & Machines at Customers premises/sites or in the office
 Following up with Customer by Phone, Email and Direct Visit
 Negotiation & finalization of Orders
 Ensuring the Material ordered by the Customer is delivered to them as agreed
 Collection of Payment & C – Forms
 Responding to Customer complaints
 Providing Operation & Maintenance Training to the Customer/his operators
 Submitting Daily Reports to the Management through SAP/ CRM on sales app.
 Preparation of Monthly Sales Plan, Travel Plan, Collection Plan and ensuring the implementation of the
same regularly.
 Collecting Market intelligence / Competitor information and submitting the same to the Management.
 Supporting marketing activities like attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
 Visiting New Customers, new territories and new applications in order to grow the sales and expand the
market.
