Job Description:

Position:          Sr. Maintenance - Fitter

Location:         Panoli near by Ankleshwar

Experience:     8-10 years

Industries:      Pharma-API

Responsibilities:        

•     To manage day to day maintenance of the plant.
•     Fault finding of all mechanically performed Equipment’s.
•     Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of all utility & process equipment’s to be carried out & recoded as per check list.
•     Co-ordination with other departments
•     Recording of all data in plant log book.

Required Skills:

•      Knowledge of measuring instrument like Verner Caliper, Micrometer and height gauge, filler Gauge, Dial Gauge etc.
•      Knowledge of Maintenance Alignment of precision equipment’s.
•      Knowledge of maintenance of Process plant Equipment’s like Reactors, Heat Exchanges, Pumps, Gear Box, Vacuum pumps, Dryers, Centrifuges, Pelletizers, Mechanical Seal etc.
•      Knowledge of maintenance of Utilities like Boiler, Cooling Tower, Air Compressor, Chillers, Nitrogen Plant, Root Blowers etc.

 Required Qualification: - ITI-Fitter

 Salary: Upto 4.80 LPA
