Job Description:
Position: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Panoli-Nearby Ankleshwar
Experience: 5- 7 Years
Industries: Pharma-API
Responsibilities:
-
To monitor the working conditions of all the Electrical and Utilities of the
Company. - To execute/ monitor the maintenance of the electrical equipment as per the Preventive Maintenance Schedule for equipment of plant & Utilities.
- To undertake all the maintenance work as per given memo from the respective department. During execution of the allotted work to adhere with the safety norms of the company.
- To take readings of all the Utilities and the consumptions and compile monthly reports and provide to Instrumentation Engineer.
- Responsible for maintaining stock of Diesel for D.G. sets.
- To do the change-over of the power supply from DG set to Electricity & vice versa.
- To maintain good housekeeping in the Department.
- To maintain good housekeeping in the department and after finishing any maintenance work in the company.
- To maintain the healthy condition of the tools and tackles and keep into working condition.
- Timely logging of the required spares for the maintenance/ preventive maintenance work.
- To generate / Help Daily & Monthly Electrical/Utility - Maintenance Report.
- To maintain Daily logbook.
- Assist to plant modifications, minor changes, Plant Expansion, & New project related to Electrical & Utility.
- To execute all engineering work in GEP.
- Monitor & record of all Annual legal activity related to Electrical & utility, Like HT Transformer oil filtration, Earthing pits, TFH & Boiler annual Passing.
- Complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures, and arrangements.
- Reports all Health, Safety and Environmental accidents, incidents and near misses promptly.
Required Skills:
- Responsible for all Electrical activities.
- Electrical Supervisor License required.
- Acts in a safe and responsible manner at all times
- Knowledge of Electrical and Utility components
- Knowledge of AC units and intercom line
- Knowledge of VFD drives and online UPS systems.
- Team player
- Good in communication
Required Qualification: -Diploma - Electrical
Salary :- Upto 4.20 LPA
