Position: Specialist – Production Planning

Role Overview:
We are currently looking for a Specialist – Melting Shop to join our team. Based on your experience and expertise, we believe this opportunity could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
l Manage the Production Planning functions, including the execution of the master production schedule.
l Coordinate manufacturing sections and monitor performance against estimates.
l Ensure effective planning for customer orders while improving responsiveness and service.
l Oversee purchasing and material planning functions.
l Collaborate with sales, operations, and procurement teams to optimize production schedules.
l Monitor production capacity and ensure on-time delivery.
l Generate reports on production performance and key metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain, or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP software and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Effective communication and organizational abilities.
