Job Description:

Job Title: Production Planning manager

 Job Location: Saudi Arabia

Year of Experience: Minimum 6 years

Salary: 8k-10k SAR

Roles and Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Business Planning & Cost Management

- Develop and manage comprehensive business plans aligned with company objectives.

- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to budgets.

- Production Planning & Scheduling

• Operational Excellence

- Drive process improvements in the production workflow to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

 - Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize operations.

 - Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track production and operational performance.

• Prepare regular reports on production progress

 - Prepare regular reports on production progress, business performance, and cost efficiency.

 - Analyze production data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in business planning, cost estimation, and budget management.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
• Proven experience as a business and production planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in using manufacturing resource planning (ERP) software.
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to include Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
