AGE : 25 - 30 (MANDATORY)
**Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:**
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates. Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees. Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
2. Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Address and resolve employee concerns in a timely and confidential manner. Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
3. Performance Management:
Assist in implementing performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and goal-setting. Coordinate with managers to ensure performance reviews are conducted regularly. Provide support for career development and training programs.
4. HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation as required. Oversee timekeeping, leave management, and attendance tracking.
5. Employee Engagement:
Organize team-building activities, events, and other initiatives to enhance employee morale. Support surveys and feedback processes to gauge employee satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to create a cohesive work culture.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Master's ’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus but not mandatory.
If Factory Knowledge is a plus.
Experience:
2- 5 years of experience in an HR role.
Exposure to various HR functions like recruitment, employee relations, and performance management is beneficial.
Communication Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to handle employee issues and resolve conflicts effectively and diplomatically.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HR software and systems is an advantage.
Other Traits:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Working Conditions:
Primarily office-based with occasional interaction with employees across different departments.
A fast-paced and dynamic work environment with potential overtime depending on workload.
