Key Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support:Managing schedules and appointments.Organizing meetings and taking minutes. Handling correspondence (emails, calls, etc.).
- Travel Arrangements:Booking flights, hotels, and transportation.Preparing travel itineraries.
- Document Management:Preparing reports and presentations.Organizing files and documents.
- Task Coordination:Assisting with personal tasks.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Time Management:Prioritizing tasks effectively.Ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Age between 25 years to 30 years
- Prior experience in administrative roles Min. 2 years is preferred.
- Professional demeanor and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication in Hindi & English (Verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
