Job Title: AdministraƟve Coordinator
LocaƟon: Citylight, Surat


Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM


Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AdministraƟve Coordinator to join our team for the
night shiŌ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer billing, order processing, logisƟcs
management, and various administraƟve tasks. Strong communicaƟon skills and proficiency in
English are essenƟal for this role.


Key ResponsibiliƟes:


 Manage and carry out customer billing and invoicing acƟviƟes.
 Process customer orders using company soŌware and coordinate with relevant teams.
 Follow up on orders and ensure Ɵmely coordinaƟon with clients and internal departments.
 Manage and coordinate for logisƟcs to ensure smooth operaƟons and ensure Ɵmely delivery
of the order.
 Handling customer complaints and resolving their issues in a Ɵmely and professional manner
during the order processing stage
 CoordinaƟng with the outside sales team and other team members to achieve company
sales targets
 Maintain and update the company’s digital library.
 Processing and reporƟng on office expenses and data management for the assigned task
 Manage and order office supplies
 Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure.
 Prepare presentaƟons, spreadsheets and reports
 Perform other administraƟve tasks as needed to support office funcƟons.


QualificaƟons:


 Experience: 2 years of experience in administraƟve roles.
 Skills: Excellent communicaƟon skills, strong organizaƟonal ability, and proficiency in office
soŌware, Solid Ɵme-management abiliƟes with the ability to prioriƟze tasks, Hands-on
experience with MS Office Suite (parƟcularly MS Word and MS Excel),
 QualificaƟon: A bachelor’s degree in business, markeƟng, or a related field is preferred.
 Language: Proficiency in English is required.
 AƩributes: AƩenƟon to detail, ability to work independently, and problem-solving skills.
