Job Description:

Sales Coordinator Roles and ResponsibiliƟes

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Working Hours: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM

We are looking for three dynamic and moƟvated Sales Coordinators, proficient in English language to join our team.

The role involves supporƟng sales operaƟons and ensuring smooth communicaƟon with clients to foster long-term relaƟonships and contribute to business growth.

The posiƟon offers an exciƟng opportunity to engage with customers, manage orders, and contribute to sales development iniƟaƟves.

Key ResponsibiliƟes:

 Coordinate internally and externally for the design creaƟon of the product & upload designs as per process.

 Manage and maintain strong, posiƟve relaƟonships with exisƟng customers including design and quotaƟon sharing.

 Ensure high levels of customer saƟsfacƟon through consistent follow-up and proacƟve communicaƟon.

 Engage with customers to generate new business through upselling and cross-selling iniƟaƟves.

 Support the business development team to achieve sales targets.

 Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and Ɵmely delivery.

 Manage order-related queries and provide support through every stage of the order cycle.

 Handle customer inquiries, sharing product details, and delivery details etc, ensuring quick and effecƟve soluƟons.

 Create and maintain regular sales reports, providing updates on customer interacƟons, orders, and other sales-related acƟviƟes.

 Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings, ensuring high levels of customer saƟsfacƟon.

 UƟlize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interacƟons, and ensure smooth follow-ups for potenƟal sales opportuniƟes.

QualificaƟons:

 Experience:2 years lof experience in sales or customer service roles.

 Skills: Strong communicaƟon skills, proficiency in English, Proficiency in MS Office and CRM soŌware, understanding of the sales process and dynamics, Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment  QualificaƟon: A bachelor’s degree in business, markeƟng, or a related field is preferred.
