Position:        Accounts & Commercial Officer

Location:       Sarigam near by Vapi

Experience:   10 - 12 Years

Industries:     Plastic

Responsibilities:

• Commercial:
• Manage post-shipment documentation.
• Oversee all import and export shipments, coordinating with the plant, shipping department, and CHA for clearance
• Banking & Finance:
• Handle all the financial activities for TKPL.
• Submit export shipment documents to the bank, including stock statements, and coordinate for E-BRCs.
• Manage documentation related to PCFC/EBRD/BG/FLC/ILC/forward cover and maintain records.
• Handle inward remittances for exports, local payments, and outward remittances (import & other), as well as local vendor payments.
• Address EDPMS/IDPMS/caution list issues and ensure compliance in coordination with banks.
• Statutory:
• Manage ROC-related tasks, including filing annual returns and KYC for all directors.
• Finalize accounts with auditors and file income tax returns.
• Handle all statutory return filings, payments, and production reports.
