Job Summary: 

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining accurate records of all materials and equipment. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely availability of required materials and supporting the team in achieving project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the store, ensuring proper storage and handling of materials and equipment.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Monitor and control stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations.

• Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the storage and handling of materials.

• Support the team by providing necessary materials and equipment for projects.

• Train and supervise store staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status and store operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma  / Degree 

• Proven experience in inventory management and store supervision.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in material handling.

Preferred Skills:

• 4-5 years of Experience in a manufacturing environment

• Familiarity with ERP systems.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Work Environment:

• This role is typically performed in a warehouse or storage facility
