Civil Engineer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the construction of housing colonies and industrial projects.
• Prepare and review designs, blueprints, and project plans for residential and industrial buildings.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Supervise civil work, structural designs, and material quality to ensure durability and sustainability.
• Handle vendor negotiations, contractor management, and procurement of construction materials.
• Assist in layout planning, land development, and infrastructure setup for new housing colonies.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and progress updates for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate housing projects and industrial construction & Maintenance work.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, and project management tools.
• Understanding of building codes, structural standards, and government regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in layout planning, infrastructure design, and construction supervision.
• Knowledge of real estate development, industrial structures, and township projects.
