Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payment Collection: Collect payments from customers as per company policies and ensure timely deposits.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of payments received and update the system accordingly.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on collections and outstanding payments to the Marketing team.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries related to payment collection and resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Import & Export Documentation: Assist in handling basic documentation related to import and export processes.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the Finance and Accounts team to ensure smooth transaction processing.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for smooth business operations.

Requirements:

  • Only female candidates will be considered.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, payment collection, or a related role.
  • Knowledge of import and export documentation is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
  • Ability to handle financial transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling responsibilities.
