Company is a leading manufacturer of industrial packaging solutions, is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to drive B2B sales of oven sacs, cement bags, and tarpaulin (Tripal). The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent networking skills, and a deep understanding of the cement industry

Location: Kolkata & Kathua (Pathankot)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop business opportunities in the cement industry
Generate leads and convert them into sales through direct marketing efforts.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Ensure after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial packaging.
Strong knowledge of oven sacs, cement bags, and tarpaulin.
Proven track record in sales and business development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Education: Graduation full time and MBA (preferable) (for Kathua MBA is mandatory)
