Job Description:-
We are seeking a seasoned SAP SD Senior Support Consultant to join our team and contribute to the effective support and maintenance of our SAP systems. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be capable of providing support across L1, L2, and L3 levels. This role will require a deep understanding of SAP SD processes, strong collaboration with end-users, and the ability to handle configurations and enhancements.

Responsibilities:-
This role will be responsible for assisting business users in defining requirements, relative to process & system needs and also in Planning, Designing, Configuring, Testing, Training & implementing solutions. Candidate will have good experience in Run support for resolving day to day issues in SD Areas.

Technical/Functional Skills:-

• Configure, Customize and support SAP Application to facilitate SAP SD/ Pricing as well as on SAP S4/HANA SD
• Work closely with other project team members to understand integration between the SD and other Business Application areas.
• Participate in Enhancements requests or Projects as the business needs.
• Document all aspects of the system Specifications, Functional System Requirements and Developments Specifications, Testing etc.,
• Co-ordinate and conduct needed testing with business users.
• Production Support (Trouble shoot user issues, provide solutions)
• Train the Super users on the application functionality
• Assist other members in the team in learning about process and configuration of SAP SD/Pricing application.
