Manager - ESG

Job Description:

Job Objective: The incumbent will be supporting the implementation and monitoring of ESG (Environment & Social Governance) compliances in the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• To identify the ESG initiatives in co-ordination with the functions and drive implementation across functions
• To review and monitor the progress of ESG compliance
• To document and maintain ESG monitoring and related processes
• To conduct trainings and create ongoing awareness around ESG
• Reporting on ESG asctivities

• Accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications and actions.
• Demonstrated experience prioritizing conflicting demands from multiple business clients in an extremely fast paced environment.Preferred Skill Set

Preferred Skills:

• ESG knowledge and experience preferably in Insurance sector
• In-depth functional knowledge with an eye for detail.
• Sound analytical skills to review information and identify issues
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
• Good drafting, negotiation and transactional skills.
• Dependability: Being reliable, responsible, dedicated, committed and fulfilling obligations
• Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

Minimum Qualification: CS/ / LLB / MBA

Minimum Experience:  Minimum 6 -10 years relevant experience with reputed law firms/ corporate/MNC preferably in insurance sector in Environment & Social Governance.
