Job Description:

Position:         AGM/DGM - ADL

Location:        Mundra

Experience:    10 - 15 Years

Industries:      Chemicals

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a analytical team in method development, method transfer and validation of various stages of product development.

  • Develop testing method by GC, HPLC, GCMS etc and interpretation of analytical data.
  • Develop testing wet testing methods [wet analysis] wherever applicable.
  • Coordinate with Process development Lab managers for developing new products as well as process development of existing products.
  • Method validation of analytical methods as per regulatory guidelines and execution through proper protocols.
  • Applies scientific principles, theories and concepts to research problems and develop solutions for analytical problems related to drug substances in compliance with appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving analytical data
  • Facilitating scientific and technical discussion with team members and external collaborators to solve issues and communicating to solve the issues.
  • Method Development: Designing and developing analytical methods such as GC, HPLC etc. for the analysis of substances [Pharmaceutical, fine chemicals, and related compounds]
  • Appropriate documentation of results and calculations, preparation of SOPs specification and test methods
  • Preparation & standardization of solutions
  • Calibration: Ensure calibration & maintenance of lab equipment’s 
  • Data: Prepare analytical report and documentation
  • Maintain Good Housekeeping inside the laboratory
  • Follow lab safety guideline during working.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in various analytical techniques HPLC, GC and other 

    instruments like GCMS/NMR etc
  • Method validation and implementation according to industrial guidelines
  • Capability to troubleshoot analytical challenges, optimize methods and implement innovative solution for complex analytical problem.
  • Maintaining data with regulatory standards
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines governing pharmaceutical/FDA method development and validation
  • Excellent communication skills to convey scientific concepts. 

Required Qualification: - M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary: - Upto 25.00 LPA
