Job Title: SAP TRM Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable SAP TRM Consultant with 1 to 4 years of experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in managing SAP TRM support, conducting configuration tasks, and enhancing SAP processes to meet business needs. The consultant will work closely with both senior consultants and end-users to ensure smooth operations, resolve issues, and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Management: Take ownership of SAP TRM support tickets (Level 1 and Level 2) and ensure prompt resolution, minimizing operational disruptions.
• Configuration and Customization: Assist in the configuration of SAP TRM based on business requirements, ensuring system optimization under the guidance of senior consultants.
• User Support and Training: Provide support to end-users and deliver training on SAP TRM modules, enhancing user proficiency and resolving issues.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of configuration changes, support cases, and solutions. Create reports to track system performance.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with senior consultants and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient SAP TRM operations.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve SAP TRM processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Testing and Implementation: Assist in testing system changes and implementing upgrades and enhancements for SAP TRM modules.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: 1-4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), focusing on support, configuration, and process improvements.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP TRM modules (e.g., Treasury Management, Risk Management).
  • Basic understanding of financial processes, accounting, and risk management.
  • Experience in configuring and supporting SAP TRM processes.
  • Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (FI, CO, etc.) is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical teams and end-users.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and focused on delivering quality solutions.
