Job Description:

 

JOB SUMMARY

Role will be responsible for leading the Go to Market Strategy for new products and driving varied product segments in collaboration with sales and product teams. The role would include activations, events, campaign management on the seller side in collaboration with creative and activation agencies. The incumbent will report to the Head Channel Marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conceptualize and align Go to market strategy for new product launches
  • Develop marketing materials to drive awareness amongst sellers and empower them to prospect better including seller kits, GTM kits
  • Cross functionally collaborate and drive various initiatives on the seller side
  • Be the champion of seller insights along with business cuts
  • Build executional excellence and manage stakeholders for on time in full delivery

 

STAKEHOLDERS MANAGEMENT

  • Internal : Business Development, Onboarding, Marketing, Training, Products & Actuarial, Legal & Compliance
  • External : Digital partnerships, Third Party Product teams of WAs, CAs, Brokers and NBFCs 

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing
  • Minimum of 10+ years of sales, sales strategy, trade marketing role

KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • GTM Strategy, Go to Market, Business Development, Product Launch & Activation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a cross-functional team and handle conflicts in tactful manner.
