We are hiring a Marketing Manager in Gandhinagar.
Job Title: Marketing Manager (Technical) – Agriculture Industry
Location: Gandhinagar
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000/month
Qualification: M.Sc. in Pathology, Soil Science
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Key Responsibilities:

Develop Product Literature: Create engaging, informative, and technically accurate materials to support product marketing.

Crop Chart Preparation: Design comprehensive crop charts, detailing dosage recommendations for various crops.

Employee Training: Provide technical knowledge and training sessions to the internal team to enhance their expertise.

Farmer Meetings: Conduct sessions with farmers to educate them on best agricultural practices, product usage, and crop management.

New Product Development: Work closely with R&D teams to innovate and improve agricultural products based on market needs.

Crop-wise Consultancy: Offer expert advisory services to farmers for improving crop yield and soil health.

Demonstrations: Organize and lead field trials, showcasing the effectiveness of agricultural products to stakeholders.

Technical Support: Assist the sales and marketing team with data-driven insights and agricultural knowledge.

Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic marketing initiatives.

Collaboration: Work closely with agronomists, researchers, and sales teams to enhance product positioning and awareness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of agriculture science, particularly pathology and soil science.

Experience in marketing agricultural products and working closely with farmers.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for conducting training and demonstrations.

Ability to create product literature and technical marketing materials.

Knowledge of market research, crop consultancy, and new product development.

Hands-on experience with field trials and demonstrations.

Strong analytical skills to assess crop conditions and suggest appropriate solutions.
