Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Tele Sales/Telemarketing professional with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, presenting products/services, and closing sales or generating leads. This role requires a strong ability to build rapport, work under pressure, and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales or leads.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Present and explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of products/services to customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets or call quotas.
- Feedback & Reporting: Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive products to the management team.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, objections, or issues in a professional manner and provide appropriate solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service (B2B or B2C experience preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Confidence: Ability to confidently engage with potential clients and handle objections.
- Target-Driven: Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales goals or call targets.
- Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and basic telephony systems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and offer creative solutions to customer challenges.
- Adaptability: Flexible and willing to adapt to new products/services or changes in business processes.
