Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SAP PS (Project Systems) Trainee with 1 month to 2 years of experience to join our SAP consulting team. The trainee will work alongside experienced SAP professionals to support and contribute to SAP PS implementation, configuration, and maintenance activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in SAP PS and contribute to the success of our clients' projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP PS Module Support: Assist in the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Project Systems (PS) module for client projects.
• Project Documentation: Help create project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and test scripts.
• User Training & Support: Assist in training end-users on SAP PS functionalities and provide post-implementation support.
• System Configuration: Support the setup of project structures (WBS, Networks, Activities), cost planning, scheduling, and resource management within SAP PS.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Participate in system testing, issue identification, and troubleshooting to ensure the proper functionality of SAP PS.
• Integration Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as SAP SD, MM, and FI/CO) to ensure seamless integration between SAP PS and other modules.
• Project Monitoring: Monitor and update project-related data and ensure the successful execution of project milestones and deliverables.
• Process Improvement: Assist in analyzing business processes and recommending improvements within the SAP PS module.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior SAP consultants and project managers to deliver SAP PS solutions to clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 month to 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP PS module or related experience in project management or SAP support roles.
• SAP Knowledge: Basic understanding of SAP PS (Project Systems) module functionalities such as Project Structures, WBS, Networks, and Cost Planning.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP navigation, configuration, and troubleshooting in PS module is preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and business users.
• Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools within the SAP ecosystem.
• Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate with others and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Project Management: Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and concepts is a plus.
