Job Title: Telemarketing Executive – Surgical Products

Location: Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month + Incentives
Experience: 6 months – 1 year

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team in the surgical products industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in telemarketing, lead generation, and client engagement. This role involves making outbound calls, promoting surgical products, and building strong relationships with hospitals and clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Make calls to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to promote our surgical products.

  • Product Promotion & Sales: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing while persuading potential clients to make purchases.

  • Lead Generation & Appointment Scheduling: Identify potential leads and set up appointments for further discussions.

  • Follow-up & Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term relationships.

  • Data Management: Keep records of calls, customer responses, and sales activities in CRM systems.

  • Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to earn incentives.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align telemarketing efforts with broader business goals.
