The manager will oversee office operations and ensure the team functions effectively. Key responsibilities include:
1. Training & Development:
o Conduct initial and ongoing training sessions for staff.
o Identify training gaps and provide resources to improve performance.
2. Team Support:
o Address staff questions and concerns promptly.
o Assist sales and scheduling staff in resolving complex customer queries.
3. Customer Engagement Oversight:
o Monitor customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
o Guide staff to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
4. Performance Tracking:
o Track lead generation, conversions, and lost leads.
o Conduct weekly meetings to discuss team performance, including incoming leads, failed leads, successful leads, and current statuses.
5. Operational Management:
o Ensure office processes run smoothly. o Liaise with the main office in Australia for updates and guidelines.
6. Reporting:
o Provide regular updates to Flora or higher management about team performance and progress.
