We are looking for a Technical Manager / Technical Lead who can drive technical strategy, lead engineering teams, and oversee software development projects. This role requires a strong technical foundation with hands-on coding expertise, leadership abilities, and experience managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality software development and timely project delivery. ● Define technical architecture and best practices for scalable applications. ● Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. ● Drive code reviews, mentorship, and continuous technical improvements. ● Oversee system performance, security, and reliability. ● Stay updated with emerging technologies to improve team efficiency and product innovation. ● Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables while fostering a collaborative team culture. Requirements: ● Strong background in software development (preferably in NextJS, JavaScript, or Node.js). ● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and microservices architecture. ● Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects. ● Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation. ● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. ● Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.
