Accounts and Tender Manager
Job Description:
Job Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
Job Responsibilities:
● Manage accounts, including ledger entries, taxation, and financial reporting.
● Handle tender documentation, submission, and follow-ups.
● Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations.
● Maintain records of all transactions related to tenders and vendor management.
● Coordinate with internal teams for budgeting and cost estimation of tenders.
● Liaise with government and private organizations for tendering processes.
● Analyze financial data and prepare MIS reports.
● Assist in audits and tax filings.
● Ensure timely payments and receivables management.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
● Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts and tender management.
● Proficiency in Tally, GST, and other accounting tools.
● Knowledge of government and private tender processes.
● Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
