Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Operator with at least 2 years of experience to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formulas. This role requires working on-site in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update all data, including purchase entries, into databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
Organize and manage files, records, and documents for easy retrieval.
Perform quality checks and validation of data to ensure accuracy.
Generate reports and retrieve data as requested using advanced Excel functions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely data entry and processing.
Handle administrative tasks related to data management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formulas.
BCom graduate.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
